3 important points to note

CQH/CQHC : Please note the following detailed information regarding the serum biochemistry programs. The comprehensive CQH program with 32 samples allows for the monitoring of a large number of analytes (66), including those that require special reagents: neonatal bilirubin (representative concentrations), ammonia levels, specialized lipids (lp(a)…), and specific proteins. For the most common tests (39), we offer a more compact “CQHC” program that includes 9 samples divided into 9 annual surveys; the survey dates and control materials will be the same as those for the complete CQH program.

EPS : This program includes the typing of a monoclonal immunoglobulin.

Several programs offer a review of interpretation findings based on clinical cases, which allows for a post-analytical evaluation. This is particularly true of the BAC, CLCR, CYTO, ELHB, LYME, SPERMIO and SYPHI programs.

Programme modifications in 2027

These changes reflect most of your requests, which were made possible by our new IT system:

General & specialised biochemistry

CQH/CQHC : Evaluation of the results for the anion gap, calculated osmolality, transferrin-binding capacity and free bilirubin.

CMU : Added the Calcium/Creatinine and Phosphorus/Creatinine ratios, as well as the calculated osmolality .

FRUCTO : Added Protein and the Fructosamine/Protein ratio.

CIMD : Added HE4 and the Free PSA/Total PSA ratio (impedance, optical).

Haematology

RETI : Add the analyte Red Blood Cells.

NUM : Removal of the NRBC Channel, until a more suitable control material is found. This analyte was proposed in 2026, but unfortunately, the blood samples used do not meet our expectations.
