2 – REGISTERING VIA INTERNET

Save time by registering on our webite with your login in the access reserved for registrants, "Registration" menu, you have access to your personalized registration form (a registration guide is available to help you)

You can:

• Consult your old orders (validated orders)
• Create or modify an order (orders awaiting validation), save your order in a "basket" before validating it definitively (several baskets possible at the same time).

3 – REGISTERING VIA POSTAL MAIL

Carefully fill out the personalized registration form sent to you by postal mail:

• check all your contact information (postal address, email, etc.) and make corrections if necessary,
• for each scheme selected, specify the desired amount in the appropriate box,
• Enter the total amount for your order on page 1 and add shipping costs if necessary,
• date, sign and send back the ORIGINAL form by postal mail ONLY. DO NOT FAX.
• include your purchase order or payment.

Your registration form will be scanned, so please take care to fill it out clearly.

4 - IMPORTANT

Whichever registration method you use, please keep in mind that:

• We strive to produce an adequate number of vials of the control preparations. Nevertheless, the number of vials is limited. We therefore advise you to order your schemes as soon as possible.
• Registrations are confirmed in order of receipt and depending on available stocks.
• Orders will only be confirmed once all outstanding invoices have been settled.

Priority is given to complete registration applications by order of receipt.
